Solid Robotic accounting

Do you have an administration office and do you want to offer your customers a faster service? Our self-learning robot processes invoices and receipts automatically and efficiently into journal entries.

Solid Robotic accounting offers an optimal approach for your financial processes. We achieve this with a new approach and by automating repetitive, manual tasks. Our robot recognizes, books receipts and invoices and matches them automatically with bank transactions, in exactly the same way as the previous year.

When matching is impossible, for example due to missing or unreadable receipts, these cases are first processed by our back office in India. Remaining questions are conveniently arranged in the customer portal. Questions about unmatched items can also be forwarded to end customers. Once all the questions have been answered, our robot sends the matched transactions to the desired accounting package. The robot is supplemented by our enthusiastic Dutch front office. They help with problems or questions.
